Memories of the 
  Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding
  4 eggs 2 c. milk 1 c. white sugar 1 T. vanilla
  extract 4 c. cubed French
  bread 2 ripe bananas,
  slice 1 c. semisweet
  chocolate chips  | 
  
   Preheat oven to 350
  degrees.  Grease a 9 x 5” loaf pan. In a
  large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla until smooth.  Stir in bread, bananas and chocolate chips
  and let rest 5 min. for bread to soak. Pour into prepared pan.  Line a roasting pan with a damp kitchen
  towel.  Place loaf pan on towel, inside
  roasting pan, and place roasting pan on oven rack.  Fill roasting pan with water to reach
  halfway up the sides of the loaf pan. 
  Bake 1 hour.  Make 2 for party.  | 
 
  Roasted Banana Butterscotch Sauce
  Ripe banana slices Brown sugar Butter Butterscotch pudding
  mix or vanilla pudding mix or butterscotch ice cream sauce  | 
  
   Saute banana slices in butter.  Stir in brown sugar.  Add to sauce made from pudding mix or jar.  |
