Sweet
Potato Sesame Puree
| 
   6 lbs.
  sweet potatoes (preferably Okinawan purple sweet potatoes) 2 T.
  sesame oil ¼ c.
  toasted sesame seeds (white or black) ¼ c.
  margarine salt pepper  | 
  
   Peel and
  cube sweet potatoes.  Boil until
  tender.  Drain and mash until
  smooth.  Stir in sesame oil, sesame
  seeds and margarine.  Season to taste
  with salt and pepper.  |
